A mix for making excellent gluten-free crepes. The batter is very quick and easy to use, thanks to carefully chosen ingredients. It’s perfect consistency guarantees that the crepes always fry evenly to a golden-brown colour, and that they are exceptionally delicious, delicate, fluffy and pliable.

When ready, the crepes can be served with fresh fruit, jam, fruit preserve, whipped cream, ice-cream or sprinkled with caster sugar.  They are the best for: breakfast, tea or as a dessert!!!

Product is free from artificial colouring and preservatives !!!

Product suitable for gluten-free diet.

 

Ingredients: ground rice, skimmed milk powder, sugar, rice starch, dried eggs, raising agents: E500 (ii); salt, flavour.

 

To make the batter, you only need:

400 ml of water ▪ 75 ml of vegetable oil
