This gluten-free mix allows the quick and easy preparation of sponge cake. It’s ideal for baking sponge cake bases and gateaux, as well as for producing sponge biscuits. The pliability of the mixture makes it perfect for making roulades jelly or confectioner’s cream; it rolls easily without cracking.

The main advantages of this sponge mix are that it rises evenly during baking, and has an even baking surface. The finished cake is always of high volume and consistent quality. Our Gluten-Free Sponge Mix gives a sponge with a unique taste and a characteristically sponge aroma, as well as a creamy-yellow colour.

Product is free from artificial colouring and preservatives !!!

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, potato starch, corn flour, emulsifiers: E475, E471; raising agents: E500 (ii), E450 (i); thickener: xanthan gum; salt.
