Product suitable for gluten-free diet.
Ingredients: gluten-free wheat starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, corn flour, potato starch, xylitol, salt, thickener: xanthan gum; raising agent: E500 (ii).
To make the dough, you only need:
440 ml of water ▪ 7 g of gluten-free yeast powder ▪ 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (or other vegetable oil)
