This unique recipe, and the carefully chosen ingredients have enabled us to create a professional mix that combines GLUTEN-FREE YOUGURT POUND CAKE and GLUTEN-FREE YOGURT CAKE. Yogurt Pound Cake made from our mix has a moist, light and fluffy consistency. Whereas the consistency of the Yogurt Cake is such that during baking it holds pieces of fruit on its surface (the cake doesn’t sink). The finished cake has a perfectly balanced yogurt flavour and aroma, so the cake doesn’t require any additional ingredients to taste great. This mix can be the ideal base for many cakes. You can create a variety of different things, from simple sponge cakes to rich gateaux. It is quick and easy to use, and its main advantage is that it is extremely economical. One product has a dual use (2 in 1).

Ingredients: rice flour, sugar, corn flour, gluten-free wheat starch, whey powder, potato starch, emulsifiers: E475, E471; raising agents: E500 (ii), E450 (i); flavor, thickeners: xanthan gum, E466; salt.

To make the cake you only need:

225g eggs (4-5 eggs) ▪200 ml vegetable oil ▪ 50 ml water
