We have a diversified offer of Gluten-Free Mixes which can be divided into two groups. The first group is for home users, packed in unit packs with a weight of 0.5 kg, the second one for larger recipients like bakeries, confectioneries and small and large points of sale, packed in 10kg collective packaging. In our wide selection, we have mixes for baking Breads, Cakes, Waffles, Pancakes, kneading dough for Dumplings and Pasta and All-Purpose Baking Mix, which is a substitute for gluten flour and may successfully be used in many different recipes.
